Define Your Relationships:
Problems arise when we don't know how we are related and how we relate with each other. For example, am an adult daughter to my Mom, am a Sister to my siblings, am a mother to my kids, am a wife and lover to my husband, am a Counsellor to my clients, am a Business woman to my customers, am a friend to my friends, am a Christian sister to all Christians, and my relational ties goes on like that. And so does yours. Now, problem comes when we expect to be treated in ways that outside the perimeters of our already defined relationships. That's why you need to strongly define your relationships with people and be at peace with yourself and others around you. When relationships are well defined, creating healthy boundaries becomes a social norm and no one feels offended because they know their place.
