In honour of Grief Awareness Week

During my Counselling Training Program, I learnt this first thing in School when I got to the area of 'Grief & Bereavement Counselling':

"The human condition is complex. When it comes to death or the loss of someone close, people grieve in very different ways."

In other words, don't expect person A to grieve the same way as person B. Some cry, and some don't cry. Crying is not the only way to express grief. Have you seen some guys destroy the wall or just go for a long walk? Grief is in stages. We are all different. May God console anyone grieving at this time, in Jesus Name.

The Christian Faith has this Bible verse, "Though the sorrow may last for the night, but Joy comes in the morning."🙏
