Life Long Hidden Trauma:

...If many victims had fast access to affordable counsellors(counselors) in times past, a lot of issues would have been avoided? Imagine Couples facing issues they can't talk about?  Imagine leaving in a fearful environment where a kid can't speak up or talk about abuse to anyone nearby because of fear, stigma, shame, and/or so on? Most times, these hidden trauma snowball into mental illnesses, terminal or chronic illnesses, and other silent pains? By God's Grace, all forms and types of Counseling has come to stay in Nigeria and in the world. God bless you all. Happy Sunday. Stay warm.

A Simple "OK":

**[A free little exercise routine surprise at the end]*** A simple "OK" is better than an arguement. "OK" doesn't always mean "yes" or "no."  Sometimes, "OK" is just acknowledging that you've gotten the message. Yes, I know "OK" has other meanings, am just focusing on preventing unnecessary arguments right now. For example, if your boss calls you and reminds you about a policy or something, your saying "OK" means you've heard him. It's not the time to start  an argument defending yourself or trying to prove you don't need to be reminded. Same thing happens in relationships. Your partner may say, "please remember to call me when you arrive." A simple reply of "OK" is great.
