Just Be Happy For People:

You can actually admire someone and their achievements without having a trace of envy in you. It's what simple kind humans do. Just having the joy of seeing others suceed. If your heart is secretly glad when you hear bad news, please pray to have a change of heart. On the other hand, what someone celebrates may not be a big deal to you and you may not see it as an achievement or accomplishment may be because you have surplus of it, well, still rejoice with them. Your support is very important. For example, some people don't see Weddings and Graduations as a big deal because it's a natural process in their families. However, someone who is the first graduate in their family or the first one to ever get married legally in their family will see that as a major milestone or achievement and would be very happy. It's our duty to celebrate people. Rejoice with those who rejoice no matter what your values or beliefs are. Just be happy for people. Someone too will join you when you too are celebrating your accomplishments. God bless you.

How To Choose A Therapy For A Client

- Take history during intake sessions - Ask questions - Study Previous Behavioral patterns of the client - Find out about previous trauma(childhood) - If client is a minor, ask guardians/parents - A Client can choose to discontinue a particular therapeutic care if they are no longer comfortable - Therapy is like medicine, you can adjust or change to another type that may or may not work - Don't be afraid to refer clients to those you believe may help better - Keep learning & practicing.
