Are You A Spoiler or A Builder?:

We all know people who have been involved or who are involved in a project or a very important task. It's a great privilege to be part or to be aware of the process of a project.  How do you know you are a spoiler to someone's project? You say negative things, you talk unnecessarily to people who are not part of the plan, you gossip, you show no support in words and actions, you ignore, and you desire failure for the person. How do you become a builder or a support to someone? You encourage, you pray, you are easily accesable in case of advice/questions, you give financial assistance if it's in your power or budget to do so,  you keep the persons plans private and confidential, you share with permission, and you patiently wait for the date of completion. It's not too late for a fresh start. Be a builder today. God bless you.

A Simple "OK":

**[A free little exercise routine surprise at the end]*** A simple "OK" is better than an arguement. "OK" doesn't always mean "yes" or "no."  Sometimes, "OK" is just acknowledging that you've gotten the message. Yes, I know "OK" has other meanings, am just focusing on preventing unnecessary arguments right now. For example, if your boss calls you and reminds you about a policy or something, your saying "OK" means you've heard him. It's not the time to start  an argument defending yourself or trying to prove you don't need to be reminded. Same thing happens in relationships. Your partner may say, "please remember to call me when you arrive." A simple reply of "OK" is great.
