Basic Stress Management Tips:

Stress is a common thing everyone experiences. It can be caused by external or internal forces and these are also referred to as "stressors".  Stress is a word often overused and many people usually link it up with negativity. But some stress can motivate people to perform their best. How?  Athletes for example need the energy of a brief session of stress to improve their performance. The following are examples of some negative stressors:   Poor working environment, conflict with friends, low support, low wages, heavy work load, single parenting of many children, illness, lack of transportation, over thinking, and so on. The following are some basic coping methods for stress:  choose a suitable physical activity such as simple non-stressful exercise routine like walking and cycling to improve breathing and keep your oxygen circulating through your system regularly, take a brief time management course, see a professional to help you cope with stress, improve your diet, learn some breathing techniques, and try to add a nap or brief rest time during your daily schedule.
